Administrative Services Coordinator

Jocelyne is responsible for the administration of the organization. She performs a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, including bookkeeping, budget tracking, financial reporting and payroll processing.

Jacinthe Paquet

Jacinthe handles the organizational and public relations side of the business. She coordinates employee schedules with patient needs and conducts the initial meeting with new clients. She regularly makes unannounced visits to check on the quality of service received.

Gisèle Drapeau and Pierrette LeBlanc McIntyre

Administrative Assistants

Gisèle manages various administrative tasks such as payroll, insurance, training and accreditation. Pierrette greets guests at the office with a warm smile and a friendly telephone greeting. She handles various administrative tasks while assisting the two coordinators in their duties. She also assists the Administrative Services Coordinator in her duties.
